VPMxls was coded as an Excel 8.0 (Office '97) workbook in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). You need to be running the full installation of Excel VBA (help, etc) for this code to run. Of course, you need to enable macros too. 

A brief guide for using the VPM program can be found here. This workbook is unprotected, so all controls and the entire code is editable -- so watch that mouse.... The controls may need to be edited to display properly on your monitor. The sheet is designed for 100% zoom on a 17-inch monitor set at 1024x768. To make changes to controls or code, use the excel menus and the VB editor.
